Is a black box enough to redact a PDF?
No. A box drawn over text usually leaves the text underneath. Use the redact tool, which removes it, and read our guide on checking redaction.
Is a typed or drawn signature legally valid?
It depends on the document and the country. For formal contracts, check the rules that apply to you.
