What to include
- For a bug report: the tool or app name, what you did, what you expected and what happened. A browser name and version helps for website tools.
- For app support: the app name, your device model and Android version.
- For feature ideas: tell us what you are trying to do. Suggestions for new tools are welcome.
- For privacy or data requests: see our Privacy Policy, and for app account deletion use the delete-account page of the relevant app.
Please do not send sensitive files
Our tools run in your browser, so we never need your documents to help you. Please do not attach passwords, identity documents or private files to support emails.
