How to use Printable Calendar Maker

  3. Pick Sunday or Monday as the first day, a colour, and whether to show week numbers and shade weekends.

Choosing a layout

The whole-year layout fits all twelve months on one landscape page, which suits a wall or desk reference. The one-month-per-page layout gives each month a large grid with space to write appointments, plus ruled lines for notes.

Printing tips

  • Set the paper size to A4 or Letter and orientation to landscape.
  • Leave scale at 100% or “fit to page”.
  • Turn on background graphics if your browser asks, so weekend shading prints.
  • Use black as the colour for the cheapest, clearest print on a monochrome printer.

Yes. Type any year from 1900 to 2200. Late in the year the tool starts on next year by default.

Does it include public holidays?

No. The calendar is blank so it works in any country. Write holidays and events in by hand on the monthly pages, which have room for notes.

What are week numbers?

ISO week numbers count weeks from 1 to 52 or 53, with weeks starting on Monday and week 1 being the week that contains the first Thursday of the year. They are handy for work and school planning.

Is anything uploaded?
