Making Negative Sentences
To make a sentence negative, add "not" after am/is/are, or use don't/doesn't with other verbs.
The rule
am/is/are + not · don't/doesn't + verb
Right and wrong

Use "don't", not "no", to make a sentence negative.
She doesn't eat meat.
She don't eat meat.
Use "doesn't" with he/she/it, not "don't".

"Not" comes after "is", not before it.
