DoctorHow have you been feeling since your last visit, Rahul?
RahulQuite good, I've been walking every morning as you suggested.
DoctorExcellent. Any joint pain or discomfort?
RahulA little stiffness in the mornings, but it improves after the walk.
DoctorThat's a good sign. Keep following your balanced diet too.
RahulI will, doctor. I feel more energetic than I have in years.
DoctorLet's also check your blood pressure before you leave today.
RahulSure. My cholesterol levels have improved too, I heard from the lab.
DoctorThat's wonderful news. Just keep up the hydration and stamina building.
RahulI will, doctor. This recovery has truly changed how I feel every day.
Common mistakes
- Saying "I am taking medicines regular" instead of "I am taking my medication regularly" (use the adverb "regularly," not the adjective "regular").
- Saying "I do walking" instead of "I go for a walk" or "I walk every morning."
- Saying "My joints are paining" instead of "I have joint pain" or "My joints hurt" (the natural forms in English).
- Saying "My blood pressure is high today" as "My blood pressure is up today" incorrectly formed — the correct phrasing is "My blood pressure is high" or "has gone up."
- Saying "I am taking physiotherapy" instead of "I am doing physiotherapy" or "I am attending physiotherapy sessions."
- Saying "I have insomnia problem" instead of "I have insomnia" or "I'm having trouble sleeping" (avoid adding "problem" after a condition that already names the issue).
